What A Good Helper Natty Is...

I have knit a pair of baby sweaters for someone that is near and dear to my heart, but who has asked to remain anonymous at this time.

This is a free pattern from Jimmie Beans Wool, and the panel in the front is removable. There will be four buttons on each side of the panel, but I have not selected the buttons yet. I also have not blocked it as I am unsure if this yarn is blockable. They both were knit with Encore by Plymouth (25% wool, 75% acrylic), and it can be washed and dryed. I thought that was as much of a gift as the sweaters to the proud by shy parents to be.

However, Miss Natty did volunteer to model the sweater for the photo session since we have to keep the recipient a secret for now.

As you can tell, Natty does not mind participating at all, and she loves to play dress up! I had recently taken a picture of her wearing a pair of socks I knit, but the picture would not up load...

Natty thanks you for coming to her most recent fashion show...

Its a shame Natty only takes one modeling job a month. Since I've seen these sweaters in person, I can vouch for the sweetness of them. Lucky kid!

Oh My. Darling sweaters...but the look on Natty's face? One of PATIENT superiority - "I'll deign to allow this now...However, you must be forewarned that I will EXACT MY PRICE at a later time...and no, you cannot afford my price..."

The Meezer would have been long gone the second I picked up her paw to try to put it into the sleeve - and THAT would have been accompanied by a LOUD wail that would have brought the police to see what "baby" I was abusing....

(needless to say, I have done this exactly once...I can't have my reputation destroyed by a Siamese cat with offended sensibilities!)
(((hugs)))
BRAVA Madame Natty!

I dunno....Natty may be giving lie to just who's running the household here...we better not tell the local U.H.C.D......(that's "Union of Household Cat Dictators"). I'm sure, though, she's keeping notes for later payback....

Natty makes an excellent model: Tall, elegant, great bone structure, and a thinly disguised feeling of absolute superiority.

The recipient of these sweaters is very lucky to have such a doting benefactor!

She could easily beat out all of the catty girls to become America's Next Top Model!
